Villa Blumhouse

One of the most defining elements of the project is the curvilinear staircase, a direct response to the client’s brief. More than a functional structure. The staircase not only anchors the spatial layout but also amplifies the sense of artistry woven into the home. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant artistry of 1980s Rococo architecture and the timeless charm of Venetian homes, this residence stands as a testament to craftsmanship and vision. Every corner of the home reflects a meticulous interplay between heritage and modern sensibilities, resulting in an atmosphere that is both graceful and enduring. The design language embraces intricate stonework and detailed frescoes, showcasing a dedication to artisanal excellence. Finishes in soft whites and delicate hues elevate the interiors, allowing the elaborate detailing to stand out while preserving a sense of tranquility. This balance creates a space that feels luxurious yet refined, steeped in classical references while remaining relevant in a contemporary context.
